CHRIFACAF.org has a strong governance, management and accountability structure which ensures its professionalism, performance and efficiency. The affairs of the organisation is overseen and are administered by three trustees, a select group of dedicated board members (Advisory Board), a cadre of volunteer force and a small number of salaried workers.
Some board members serve as officers of the organization as well and receives no monetary compensation.
